What do I need to provide up front to lease a shed? Answer
Photo ID plus four weeks bond (refundable), four weeks rent (minimum lease term) + $5.50 leasing fee (one off).
Do you look after the insurance of my stored items? Answer
As we have no knowledge of your stored items, we have to leave this up to the tenant to arrange. We are happy to give you a couple of referrals to help though.
What notice period is required when I’m finished using the shed? Answer
Ideally, 7 days’ notice is appreciated.
